I understand and acknowledge that the research compounds sold by Elevate2XL are intended solely for research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use. I release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any kind that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elevate2XL against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

This indemnity waiver applies to me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
